Any transfer of intellectual property rights will only take effect upon full payment and where expressly agreed.

Unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement, The Thought Studio may showcase completed work across its website, portfolio, presentations, and social media.

11. Performance Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality creative solutions; however, we do not guarantee specific business results, including sales, revenue, engagement, followers, rankings, or other performance metrics.
